Based on the high armhole, narrow sleeves, contrast buttons and slanted side pockets with no flaps, Benedict Cumberbatch is wearing a bespoke suit.
This slim fit suit might be on trend but the lapels are a little too wide in my opinion - they should be much narrower. However, the beauty of bespoke is that you can apply your own preferences regardless of what fashion dictates.
The lapels would have been better complemented by a deeper shirt collar which would have sat higher on his rather long neck thus giving him a much fuller and flattering look.
A similar bespoke suit at Manning & Manning in blue mohair and wool would cost from £1200 for a fused canvas and £1570 for a floating canvas.
